Help

Who can use Swapt?

Anyone with an email address from a university on Swapt. Sign up and verify that email.

Why can't I see any tickets?

You need to log in first. You see events at your own university. Some events are shared with nearby universities, and each ticket shows which university the seller is from.

My verification email did not arrive

Check your junk folder. Then log in and ask for a new link.

What does Swapt charge?

A small fee per ticket, added to the buyer's price. You see the full total before you pay.

When do sellers get paid?

No earlier than 12 hours after the event ends, and not while a problem report is open.
